This assessment will give you a clear view of where you are and your current Franchise Success score.  These elements are the minimum systems that you need to have in place to create the baseline to multi-unit success.

For each item mark "YES" if you have that system/process in your business, it is documented, trained and It is part of the everyday of your organization, the team is clear on what it is and it is executed consistently.

Mark "NO" if you don't have this process/system in your business, or even if you do have it, it is not widely known or executed by the team in a consistent basis.
