Using turnover and revenue history, on this day we will complete the People and Revenue plan.
This will include a complete Q1 Local Marketing plan and a year-long transaction and ticket plan.

DAY 2 - Thursday, October 10, 2024
Profit Plan
Utilizing your 2024 financial results you will create a month to month plan on your entire financials for 2025.
You will have a unit by unit plan and an enterprise consolidated plan.

DAY 3 - Friday, October 11, 2024
Scaling Plan
Using your growth plans through new opening and/or acquisitions, we will define your 2025 growth calendar and capital needs by month.

Hotel Riu Palace
This is an all-inclusive resort catering to adults only is next door to Atlantis Paradise Island Casino, but does not provide access to it. You will have to buy a day-pass.
Meals and drinks (included) are served in 5 restaurants and 4 bars, including a Japanese and Indian eateries, and a swim-up bar at an outdoor pool. Other amenities include a spa, a beach, and a gym with a sauna.
