Aicha Bascaro spent 35+ years as a franchise executive — leading operations for global brands including Domino's Pizza, Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, and Olive Garden. She has stood in the operator's shoes and the franchisor's shoes, and she teaches the Intensives herself.
AFA Intensives are not licensed-out content. They are taught by Aicha and the AFA team directly — using the same curriculum that powers the MANAGE, LEAD, and COMMAND certification programs, distilled into independent focused sessions.
