Aicha Bascaro spent 35+ years as a franchise executive — leading operations for global brands including Domino's Pizza, Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, and Olive Garden. She has stood in the operator's shoes and the franchisor's shoes, and she teaches the Intensives herself.
